Our Launch Success Managers are responsible for ensuring our customers launch the world’s best recognition cultures. Our Launch Success Managers work directly with customers to ensure they are led through the program goals definition, program design, configuration and adoption phases successfully in order to tee the customer up for success. It is the Launch Success Manager’s role to ensure the program is effectively communicated and driven within the client company. In addition, they are responsible for directing the program launch, adoption and ramp goals and delivering the results desired for both the client and Globoforce.
This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced leader who has broad expertise in customer relationship management, consulting and project management. The ideal candidate will have large account management experience understand what it takes to deploy enterprise-wide software, be well-versed in cross team coordination, have relationship management expertise, experience building lasting relationships with customers and be a strategic thinker.
The position will report to the Director, Launch Success.

Globoforce is looking for a Business Analyst to join the Finance team, working with Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable and financial accountants to better leverage IT systems for increased scalability and efficiency, and to reduce operational cost. In this role you will be responsible for reviewing and developing business processes, defining business requirements for IT systems-development teams, acceptance-testing of IT systems, overseeing systems adoption, and change-management.
Globoforce manages its financials in Epicor ERP, and a core part of the role will involve finding ways to better leverage Epicor ERP to drive business processes and decision-making. Whilst the role is not predominantly technical in nature, a broad appreciation of IT systems technology is required, especially a working knowledge relational database technology, and data extraction and analysis using SQL.

The E-Commerce Specialist will support the US Merchandising efforts, with tasks intended to enhance and maintain the US and Global Rewards Network platform. The Opportunity
Join us and be part of a foundation team of Customer Service Specialists who work in our Dublin office’s Global Customer Services Function. This is a new team of agents who specialise in different aspect of delivering service both directly to our customers, or indirectly through providing resources such as training, reporting, quality assurance or process improvement services to the customer services team.
What you’ll do
You’ll be responsible for working directly with our customers and customer service teams to enhance the overall experience of our product and the success of our Customers’ recognition programs. You’ll be part of a small group of specialists that support our customer service and broader operations team in delivering exceptional service to our end users through monitoring, scoring and setting service quality goals. Undertake competent call reviews of customer service calls and cases to enable the business to comply with all quality requirements whilst ensuring all reviews are accurately documented and feedback provided.
You will raise recurring errors with the CS team leader to help with any necessary performance management and on-going training and ensure weekly KPIs are met through weekly call calibrations with your team.
From time to time you will be part of training new agents and upskilling current agents as well as delivering training in class room and 121 environments.
