This position requires a talented, driven and entrepreneurial specialist to help us profitably grow one of our high-growth categories. In this role, you will work with internal cross-functional teams to advance the branded currency category’s business agenda. You will have true ownership over a large group of gift card & pre-paid providers for our E-commerce International department that have a material impact to the business.
You will negotiate favourable business terms promotional or otherwise and seek alternative product sourcing strategies to drive better product economics, develop and manage ecommerce merchant relationships, drive results and own the business/financial analytics for your merchants. You will be a self-starter with passion and a creative problem solver. You will be responsible for developing our optimal gift card assortment through a combination of data analytics and a deep understanding of our customers’ needs and interests. You will determine what our offering should look like, build the plan and execute on the work across multiple catalogues & multiple customers. You will work cross-functionally with Product, Technology, Operations, and Marketing to deliver on your plan, playing a critical role in the development of our ecommerce business. The position will report to the Senior Manager, E-Commerce International.
