    Location: Framingham, MA or Dublin, Ireland

    Responsibilities, Skills & Qualifications

    What You will be Doing:  

    • Consulting with key stakeholders globally to understand the performance opportunities and challenges, and then creatively developing recommendations that help solve them 
    • Creating innovative internal learning solutions or campaigns, that incorporate a blend of learning content, digital marketing and communications 
    • Developing content that generates excitement about what learning opportunities exist, and drives active participation and facilitate application back on-the-job – ultimately to drive personal improvement and tangible results 
    • Designing creative user-centred experiences that solve real problems employees face to achieve the desired outcomes in a human-centred way 
    • Embracing and building our company values, brand, tone and language to help further develop our learning culture  
    • Being an internal journalist - interviewing employees and identifying the golden nuggets of knowledge and expertise that will inspire others – using videography and storytelling techniques to help capture engaging content from employees 
    • Measuring impacts of internal learning campaigns, analysing data to identify core trends and performance outcomes, and being agile to iterate and continuously improve our marketing efforts 
    • Continually innovating our employee experience, leveraging social learning communities and embracing leading-edge, learning technologies to drive engagement with learning. 

    The Skills You Will Bring:  

    • Degree level qualification in L&D, Learning Program Design, Marketing & Communications, Product Design, Video Production or equivalent work experience  
    • 3 years + experience in a similar role 
    • Strong organizational and project management skills. 
    • Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication. 
    • Experience crafting and developing marketing campaigns and communications. 
    • Ability to be an inquisitive internal journalist, questioning and probing where necessary, interviewing others to extract expertise 
    • Understanding of learning and development trends, user experience design, digital marketing, digital transformation, video production 
    • Experience of design project management, online analytics, marketing, copywriting, content management, performance support and community management, production or filmmaking, storytelling, writing blogs or internal communications would be an advantage. 
    • Ability to manage multiple projects within tight timeframes and a strong sense of personal accountability for driving results. 
    • Ability to be self-directed and work independently. 
    • Quickly and effectively shifts gears to meet changing business requirements. 
    • An interest in human psychology, work human, learner-centred design and/or U/X-centred marketing and design
