Global Business Systems Group:
The Global Business Systems Group consists of 12 team members, and is responsible for key areas such as, the analysis of new projects and development, master data configuration, helpdesk and support, reporting, business system maintenance and process implementation that supports compliance and the optimization of operational resources. In addition, the group has a .Net/Java Operations development team, responsible for the development of integration components and custom development. The group supports Epicor and its associated applications and technologies, Microsoft Dynamics CRM online version) and other back-office technology. The group reports into the Global Business Systems Director, who has direct reporting to the VP of Global Operations.
The GBSG Finance Analyst will support the analysis and implementation of the Finance team’s projects. Working with key Finance stakeholders and the Global Business System Group, they will be responsible for working to a detailed roadmap, performing root cause analysis of problems, translating their needs into requirements and producing detailed, high quality, clear user stories and documentation which will assist stakeholders in prioritising those business requirements across our Financial function, and will assist the development team in carrying out those requirements.
