You’ll be responsible for working directly with our customers to enhance their overall experience of our product and the success of their recognition program. You’ll be part of a small team that supports our customers’ employees with activities such as password requests, nomination and redemption of awards, and other general activities through both English and another language, working a shift matched to the operating hours of the countries that you will support.
