    The Job

    The Senior Specialist of WorkHuman Audience Acquisitions is responsible for translating the business objectives of the WorkHuman conference into a creative, strategic marketing plan built to creatively and efficiently achieve audience goals using a combination of awareness, conversation, and relationships tactics. This position will also direct the cross-functional team to execute the plan and track results, ensuring the WorkHuman campaign deliverables are on point, on track, and delivering desired results. Collaboration with Customer Success, Sales, Product, and the Globoforce executive team, will be part of the daily routine with constant communication to ensure Marketing is supporting and enabling these groups for successful outreach to key audiences. Occasionally, this position will be called upon to contribute to content creation and Globoforce thought leadership via blogs, posts, social media, and other digital content.


    This position is a Contract role, reporting into the Senior Director of Demand Generation & Marketing Programs

    Responsibilities, Skills & Qualifications

    • Develop, plan, and assist with execution of all WorkHuman integrated marketing campaigns to drive brand awareness and audience acquisition. Working closely with event logistics, content, creative, operations, and outside agencies/vendors to provide status updates and collaborate on campaign development
    • Establish campaign and channel level metrics and collaborate with internal team to track, measure, report, and present on results
    • Implement Google Analytics UTM tracking across the entire marketing organization and train existing employees as well as new hires on the basics of GA tracking, measurement, KPIs, reporting, and optimizations
    • Manage organic and paid social media program and align with brand awareness and audience acquisition strategy and objectives. Assist the Social Media Manager and Internal Communications team with Globoforce branded social media programs as needed
    • Manage the WorkHuman marketing budget including ongoing optimization across channels and campaigns
    • Work with the digital marketing agency on media buying activity and ensuring deadlines and goals are met within scope and budget. Report on results for 3rd party vendors as they relate to campaign objectives.
    • Plan and conduct regularly scheduled A/B tests across email, social, paid search and other digital channels, keeping the marketing team informed of significant results and continually optimizing campaign plans based on performance
    • Collaborate with Globoforce marketing manager and director on campaign goals, objectives, messages, segmentation, and timelines to ensure alignment across the marketing organization and ensure appropriate cross-promotional activities are in place where appropriate.
    • Plan content for WorkHuman blog and WorkHuman radio in accordance with the Managing Editor and Social Media Manager. Occasionally, the Marketing Manager will work with this team to write blog posts for and/or, contributing to our voice of thought leaders
    • Provide Sales and Customer Success updates on WorkHuman promotion calendar, messaging, and tools to assist with rep/CSM outreach/social selling
    • Stay informed with new emerging digital marketing technologies and innovations and utilize new and innovative strategies wherever appropriate
    • Work with the Video Production team to come up with video marketing best practices and KPIs for the marketing organization to adhere to and constantly optimize throughout campaign planning and reporting


    Requirements & Qualifications:

    • 4+ years of Marketing experience with a heavy focus on digital marketing/content marketing/program management, with 2+ of those years writing for online blogs
    • Advanced user of both Salesforce and Marketo
    • Proficient user of Google Analytics
    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
    • Demonstrated ability to work in dynamic, fast-paced, team environment
    • Bachelor’s Degree in Communication or Marketing preferred
