    The Job

    The Contracts Administrator will support the legal department in the contract process by facilitating status reports, research, conflict resolution and risk assessment. This role will offer administrative support and  calendar management to the legal team. 

    Responsibilities, Skills & Qualifications

    • Coordinate with all departments of the company including but not limited to Sales, Operations, HR, Finance and Marketing in connection with legal and/or contractual requests.
    • Work with different levels of personnel within an organization to analyze and solidify an overall contract strategy
    • Report status of current contract processes to management
    • Create language standards and rules for existing and new contracts
    • Serve as liaison between internal and external parties during contract development and negotiation stages
    • Provide scheduling and other administrative support to legal organization
    • Administer and manage contracts management database
    • Work with General Counsel to organize and manage board of director calendar and administrative details such as keeping minute books, obtaining written consents, liaising with board members

    Role Qualifications

    • Bachelor's degree required, law degree preferred.
    • 3-5+ years of relevant contract experience.
    • Strong administrative and communication skills.
    • Ability and willingness to quickly learn and adapt as business needs change.
    • Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage several simultaneous projects under deadline pressure.
    • High energy level and high degree of self-motivation, with a sense of urgency to achieve stated business goals.
    • Exceptional written, verbal and interpersonal skills.
    • Detail-oriented and possess strong analytical and problem solving skills.
    • Ability to multi-task and deliver key projects; while managing a high volume of assignments with varying priorities.
    • Skilled with the Microsoft Office suite, internet research tools and other commonly used business technologies.
