    We need a  Recruiter to provide a high-level, partnering experience for hiring managers and candidates. We need someone who can help raise the talent bar at Globoforce and accelerate our hiring process. We are growing very quickly, so we are super busy and need someone who is motivated and thrives in an ever-changing, growing, exciting environment.


    What Will You Be Doing?

    • Drive change across business groups to improve recruiting processes; influence large scale adoption of efficient and best-in-class recruiting practices; identify and address process issues and gaps
    • Use your expertise in the technical recruiting space to help the broader recruitment team (as well as the businesses you support) to meet their strategic goals
    • Drive candidate experience and build Globoforce’s brand as an employer of choice 
    • Build your network.  Create and maintain a strong candidate pipeline for current and future needs
    • Manage-up and provide leadership and coaching to hiring managers and interview teams
    • Drive the mission that “everybody is a recruiter” - advocate for strong engagement within the entire hiring team, particularly leadership, throughout the recruiting process.

    Responsibilities, Skills & Qualifications

    What Skills Do You Need?

    • At least 3+ years of experience in a recruiting role ideally in an in-house environment
    • History of success recruiting for roles within tech.
    • Proven success delivering recruiting results in a fast-paced, demanding, high growth environment
    • Cultivate and maintain a network of prospective candidates through activities such as: targeted external and internal Globoforce events, knowledge share dinners, one-on-one coffees with executives, etc.
    • Strong headhunting experience and proven track record of success – you need to be a hunter
    • Experience in utilizing a range of methods and sourcing approaches
    • Build strong relationships. Be authentic. Be approachable. Build trust with candidates and our hiring team
    • Collaborative team-player. We know, everyone says that – but here it’s a non-negotiable. We collaborate, it’s what we do
    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills – you are the face of our business
    • Self-sufficient and able to work with ambiguity and little direct supervision.
