The Global Business Systems Group (GBSG) consists of 12 team members, and is responsible for key areas such as, the analysis of new projects and development, master data configuration, helpdesk and support, reporting, business system maintenance and process implementation that supports compliance and the optimization of operational resources. In addition, the group has a .Net/Java development team, responsible for the development of integration components and custom development.
The group supports Epicor and its associated applications and technologies, Microsoft Dynamics CRM (online version) and other back-office technology. The group reports into the Director of Global Business Systems, who has direct reporting to the VP of Global Operations.
The GBSG Senior Application Engineer (CRM) will provide in-depth application support, configuration and development for the applications and technologies on the Microsoft Dynamics platform
They will be responsible for delivery of identified and agreed projects and functionality. Working with the Global Business Systems team and functions, they will leverage functionality within our applications and associated technologies, to support Global Operations and Finance in providing best-in class service. The Senior Application Engineer will be a senior technical resource responsible for planning, designing, and leading Dynamic CRM solutions. Coming from a strong Microsoft development background, you will be expected to have broad and deep technical skills and experience designing and implementing enterprise solutions based on the Dynamics platform.
Main Duties & responsibilities:
A minimum of 5 years’ commercial experience in technical roles with at least 3-5 full-lifecycle Microsoft Dynamics implementations, with strong expertise in the following:
