    The Job



    Your responsibilities:

    • Supporting a speedy assessment process by scheduling and coordinating a high volume of interviews and assessments
    • Welcoming candidates for onsite interviews and showing them around the offices
    • Facilitating the gathering of feedback after each interview
    • Managing online job postings, sharing open positions on various internal and external websites
    • Updating our applicant tracking system in real time
    • Supporting candidates who are relocating with questions on accommodation, opening bank accounts, getting a PPS number etc.
    • Managing the offer process from issuing paperwork to gathering the required documents from candidates pre-hire
    • Preparing regular recruitment reports, dashboards and referral payment lists
    • Assisting in coordinating internal and external recruiting events e.g. booking rooms, speakers, catering, arranging for all branded materials to be ordered etc.







    Responsibilities, Skills & Qualifications

    Key skills and experience

    • Proactive, friendly and approachable with a passion for creating a great candidate experience
    • Experience in a fast paced, high volume recruitment coordination role 
    • Excellent recruitment administration skills with high attention to detail
    • Comfortable juggling multiple competing priorities and understands the needs of different stakeholders e.g. multiple timezones, scheduling for Executives etc.
    • Comfortable with systems, ideally with experience using an applicant tracking system
