    The Job

    The Content Producer will join the Content and Communications team to provide editorial and operational support for a fast-growing and evolving digital marketing strategy. This role reports into the Director of Content Marketing, and works cross-functionally to support demand-generation, field marketing, communications, content, sales, and customer success teams.

    Responsibilities, Skills & Qualifications

    • Writes copy at a high level, with demonstrative ability to engage senior HR professionals about the power and value of human applications (e.g., social recognition, continuous performance development, pay equity, psychological safety).
    • Writes short-form content for inbound and outbound marketing, including blog posts, feature articles, emails, and landing pages.
    • Writes sales collateral that synthesizes the value of WorkHuman Cloud product suite, targeting various personas and industry segments.
    • Partners with internal and external speakers to build presentations for speaking opportunities and webinars. Has clear understanding of HR challenges and pain points, leveraging existing content and research assets to demonstrate smart storytelling.
    • Updates customer list on a quarterly basis, in partnership with finance. Works with legal team to review contracts and identify customer logo usage in customer listings. Updates master spreadsheet with logo usage, as well as any new assets (case studies, videos, webinars, stat slides) or speaking engagements with new and existing customers.

     

    PROFESSIONAL SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE DESIRED:

     

    • 5+ years of experience in marketing, with 3 of those years in an HR-related role a plus.
    • Superior writing and editing skills
    • Ability to articulate the value of products through approachable language 
    • Ability to create compelling PowerPoint presentations that are pioneering (bringing new ideas forward), modern (vibrant), knowledgeable (making complex ideas understandable) and human (approachable and friendly).
    • Ability and flexibility to thrive in a creative, collaborative, deadline-driven environment, with confidence to gracefully multitask on many projects at once.
    • Demonstrates an eye toward what is engaging, fun, and modern – the ability to know what makes great content that resonates with prospects and customers.
    • Strong interpersonal skills – this position requires interactions with numerous internal stakeholders at all levels.
    • Experience using OneDrive and SharePoint.
    • Experience using Workfront, or similar project management software.
    • Experience using Postwire and Uberflip a plus.
    • B.A. in English, Journalism, Communications or a related field.
