    The Job

    The training coordinator will be a key member of the HR team's learning and development strategies and will report to  the Global Manager of Learning and Development.


    A typical day will include the folllowing tasks:

    • Manage day to day coordination and administration of online and classroom training programs. 
    • Coordinate classroom training with internal and external presenters, including room booking, calendar and resource management. 
    • Maintain and support the internal Learning Management System (LMS), Cornerstone including updating user profiles, transcript records and course catalogue. 
    • Upload videos, presentations and online courses to LMS and provide relevant descriptions and tags.
    • Act as point of contact for LMS, responding to queries, providing support and working with the Cornerstone helpdesk to troubleshoot technical issues. 
    • Assist in the development of training programs, including presentation design and document formatting.
    • Generating and formatting monthly and ad-hoc reports.
    • Supporting the rollout and tracking of mandatory compliance training.

    Responsibilities, Skills & Qualifications

    We would welcome your application if you have the following skills and experience:

    • 1-2 years experience in a training coordinator or administrator role. 
    • Experience with LMS management and reporting; experience in Cornerstone is advantageous 
    • Excellent PC skills, especially Microsoft Office 365
    • Strong experience with video production / editing, experience in Adobe creative suite is advantageous 
    • Experience using Articulate Storyline 2 and Camtasia is desirable
