We are looking for a Global Senior Manager of Learning & Development to help us develop our exceptional employee experience. We are in the early stages of developing our talent programs and this is an opportunity for a forward-thinking L&D Manager to support our continuing growth by leading the development of our talent strategy and creating programs that fit our culture and reinforce our values.
You will have the opportunity to drive our broader talent strategy, defining the priorities in partnership with the business and designing and delivering programs that support our business objectives.
This is a hands-on role which will suit someone who loves the idea of building programs from the ground up and works well in a collaborative team environment as you will be closely aligned with the HR Business Partners and leadership. This global role provides the opportunity to travel to our Dublin office and conferences around the world to ensure we stay connected and aligned globally on how we are thinking about talent.
This role reports to the VP of Human Resources.
