    The Job

    Join us and be part of our expanding Supply Chain team who work in our Dublin office’s.

     

    What you’ll do

    The Reporting Analyst role is a part of the Global Supply Chain team and Global Operations group. Supporting these teams, the Reporting Analyst conducts research and analysis that helps to uncover insights into how our Global Supply chain is operating. The Reporting Analyst will also contribute custom analysis for our customers on effectiveness of the Supply Chain network for their employee base. The role will require a good understanding of reporting frameworks as we innovate our approach in how best to produce actionable content.

     

    You will receive full training over your first 8 weeks on everything you need to know to be successful in this role. Once your training is completed, you will work closely with the Supply Chain management team in ensuring all required reporting and analysis is on track. We operate in a culture of continuous feedback, so you can expect to talk about how you are doing regularly - but your opinion counts too, and you will be asked for your feedback regularly on how we can improve.

     

    Responsibilities, Skills & Qualifications

    • You are comfortable with delivering key internal & external SLA/KPI reports to a predetermined schedule.
    • You like analysing data and delivering informative and thought provoking reports.

    • You are comfortable with a predetermined set of processes to follow, and you are adept at adhering to process.
    • You like to schedule your day to ensure that you achieve your daily targets.
    • You are always polite and helpful in dealings with other teams/ departments.

     

    Before applying, make sure you can nod your head yes to these…

    1. You have 3 or more years’ experience in a supply chain or office environment
    2. You have worked extensively in producing various types of reporting dashboards and are well versed in multiple reporting toolkits
    3. You have appropriate education and skills to be suitably equipped to understand business terms, operation environments, and delivering exceptional service.
    4. You are well versed with the entire Microsoft Office suite, especially Excel
