    As the business continues to grow, we are looking for a Senior HR Business Partner to work with our Technology and Product organisations, partnering at every level including our CTO and VP of Product. In addition to partnering with the business, we are looking for someone who can take a mentoring and leadership role within our existing team of Business Partners.

     

    Reporting to the Senior HR Manager, based in Dublin, you will play an important role in creating and delivering our employee strategy, as part of a positive and driven HR team.

    The Job

    Responsibilities:

    • Provide Business Partnering support for every level of the Technology and Product organisations (approx. 100 people).
    • Provide guidance, leadership and consultation on all aspects of the employee experience including hiring, developing and retaining our talent, org design, onboarding, managing employee relations, reward, leadership effectiveness and employee performance.
    • Design and deliver initiatives to meet the needs you identify with your business leaders.
    • Act as a coach and cultural facilitator
    • Mentoring and providing leadership for the Irish Business Partnering team.
    • Partner with managers and teams to interpret and create action plans based on the feedback of employee engagement surveys.
    • Partner with the Recruiting team to ensure a joined-up experience for the business

    Responsibilities, Skills & Qualifications

    The successful candidate will have:

    • 5+ years of Business Partnering experience ideally in a growing technology environment.
    • A history of and passion for championing culture and positive employee experience
    • Strong influencing skills and business acumen
    • Experience in leadership roles
    • Current knowledge of HR trends as well as applicable employment law
    • A professional mind-set that is aligned with our WorkHuman movement
    • Excellent communication skills and the confidence to engagingly deliver presentations, conduct meetings and provide coaching to all levels of the organization, including executives.
    • High level of comfort with Microsoft office and HRIS

     

    Travel:

    Some travel to the U.S. is required (primarily to our office located in Boston).
