The Company


Globoforce is looking for a Leader to join our Supply Chain Team in Dublin. This is a hands-on role which will suit someone who loves the idea of building effective processes and leading performing teams and works well in a collaborative team environment. You will have the opportunity to truly invest in others and develop a people focused leadership style, while mastering the processes, procedures and operations that have allowed the supply chain team build and scale its global supply chain network.


Additionally, you as a Leader will have direct responsibility for managing our Order Fulfillment partners based in Guangzhou, Hong Kong and India.

The Job


Key Responsibilities: 


  • Lead and developing a high performing team of Globoforce Supply Chain Associates
  • Effectively communicate policies and processes to associates ensuring strong adoption and engagement.
  • Maintain compliance, consistency standards in the department and taking corrective action accordingly
  • Develop and drive performance goals and objectives to achieve Customer service level agreements
  • Maintain and manage accuracy and quality levels across all areas of responsibility
  • Create, lead and support recognition and communication programs
  • Ensure procedures are in place for building security and product loss prevention and support all programs in ensuring a safe work environment for all Associates

  • Must have 3-5 years’ experience leading high performing teams
  • 3-5 years related experience in a Supply Chain environment is essential
  • ERP systems experience is advantageous
  • Strong technical skills and must be competent using (Microsoft Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint & Word)
