The Job

We are now seeking a talented instructional designer to join the learning and development team.

Responsibilities, Skills & Qualifications

Main duties & responsibilities:

  • Perform needs and task analysis to identify the most appropriate training approach and content to meet learner needs.
  • Design and develop SCORM compliant eLearning courses, blended classroom learning, interactive e-learning modules, videos, info-graphics and facilitator guides.
  • Collaborate effectively with subject matter experts (SMEs) in designing & developing both new eLearning modules and converting existing training programs for eLearning
  • Analyse data to effectively evaluate behavioral and business impact of our training programs.
  • Ensuring that all online and blended learning courses are continually improved and adhere to the highest level of quality standards.
  • Be the “go-to” person and subject matter expert for the LMS Platform (Cornerstone)


Required skills and experience:


  • 5 years’ experience in an in instructional design & development of eLearning courses
  • Comprehensive knowledge and proven application of learner-centered instructional theories and adult learning principles
  • Proven experience with HTML, Articulate Storyline, Adobe Captivate and Camtasia
  • The ideal candidate will be comfortable in a fast-paced, multi-tasked, high energy environment. They will be an adult learning expert and a creative and analytical problem solver with a passion for excellence.
  • Must have LMS Administration and configuration (preferably Cornerstone)
  • Excellent planning, organizational, communication and time management skills
  • Self-starter with strong project management skills
  • Experience with the MS Office Suite, esp. PowerPoint and Excel
  • Experience with film production, editing and motion graphics is advantageous


Education and Qualifications

  • Web/ Instructional design degree qualification or similar essential
