Join us and be part of an expanding team of Supply Chain Administrators who work in our Dublin office’s Global Supply Chain Function.
You’ll be part of a small team that provides order fulfillment, shipping, receiving and administrative support to the Dublin Supply Chain team in a fast paced environment. On a day to day basis, this involves using our ERP system to download orders, counting and tracking the number of stock items requested, and preparing them for shipping to our client sites around the world. You will work to standard operating procedures, and you will escalate issues that arise to the Supply Chain Specialist.
You will receive full training over your first 8 weeks on everything you need to know to be successful in this role. Once your training is completed, you will work closely with the team leader, and you will discuss progress against orders regularly throughout the day. We operate in a culture of continuous feedback, so you can expect to talk about how you are doing regularly - but your opinion counts too, and you will be asked for your feedback regularly, on how we can improve.
