The Job

The Opportunity:


We are looking for a data-driven individual who is looking for an opportunity for growth in data analytics. Working within the Sales Operations group to support the sales and marketing teams, this role is responsible for supporting and maintaining the various tools including, D&B Hoovers, ZoomInfo, PowerDialer and LinkedIn. The position will also support the marketing operations team as necessary for data sync and verification between our and Marketo instances. You will work cross-functionally within the organization to optimize and continuously update all Sales efforts as they relate with Marketing programs and initiatives.

The position will report to the CRM Analyst.


Responsibilities, Skills & Qualifications


  • Backfill and populate all new fields in such as Job Function and Job Level for all the top strategic accounts in all sales territories and account types
  • Maintain an effective database by periodically purging or cleaning up inactive or duplicate accounts
  • Reconcile data across multiple databases to ensure integrity in statistical reporting
  • Continuously analyze accounts to determine if any priority contacts are missing and if information is accurate
  • Conduct systemic database reporting as needed
  • Run exception reports on a weekly basis to highlight and populate data gaps where necessary
  • Convert account leads to actionable accounts in the system as requested
  • Inbox management
  • Pull reports and lists as requested
  • Work closely with sales representatives to ensure proper usage of LinkedIn and accurate syncing with and other marketing databases
  • Be the point person for the marketing team for available data within target accounts, regions,

Role Qualifications & Desires:

  • Positive attitude and energy, with a passion for empowering and motivating people
  • 1-2 years’ experience in a data coordinator/specialist role
  • Strong organizational skills that reflect ability to perform and prioritize multiple tasks seamlessly with excellent attention to detail
  • Knowledge of database marketing and reporting programs and systems required
  • Strong Excel skills a must
  • Analytical thinker with excellent problem solving skills
  • Comfortable with data and passion for creating statistical reports/charts
