The Job

We are looking for a Learning, Development and Organisational Effectiveness Senior Manager to help us develop our exceptional employee experience. We are in the early stages of developing our talent programs and this is an opportunity for a forward-thinking L&OE Manager to support our continuing growth by leading the development of our talent strategy and creating programs that fit our culture and reinforce our values.

You will have the opportunity to drive our broader talent strategy, defining the priorities in partnership with the business and designing and delivering programs that support our business objectives.

 

This is a hands-on role which will suit someone who loves the idea of building programs from the ground up and works well in a collaborative team environment as you will be closely aligned with the HR Business Partners and leadership. Based in Dublin this is a global role and there will be travel to our Boston office and conferences to ensure we stay connected and aligned globally on how we are thinking about talent.

Responsibilities, Skills & Qualifications

Core responsibilities of the role include:

  • Lead the development and execution of our talent and learning and organisation effectiveness strategy globally
  • Identify, design and facilitate learning programs which maximise the potential of our people
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure learning programs are meeting the business needs
  • Lead our approach to leadership development, succession planning, performance enhancement and talent management
  • Drive employee engagement and organisation design as we continue to grow.

Experience:

  • Experience creating and driving the talent/learning strategy connecting employee experience to business results
  • Background in designing and facilitating learning programs incorporating the latest learning trends and a range of learning media to ensure employee engagement and career development
  • Excellent facilitation and coaching skills at all levels of the business
  • Experience of L&OE in a fast paced (ideally technology) environment
  • Collaborative in nature and draw on the business and HR partners for insights
  • Strong business acumen and results driven
  • High energy, passionate and role models our core values, is a champion for employee experience
  • Excellent project management expertise throughout the L&D lifecycle, from design and implementation to engagement and high adoption
  • Content creation and execution across the business and job levels.
  • Previous working experience with Cornerstone or similar online learning platform
  • Degree in HR, Business or Learning with 10+ years experience
