As Senior Recruiting Partner you will work closely with the business leaders up to CTO level and the HR Business Partner for technology to drive a strategic approach to recruiting. You will be the key point of contact for your business area on recruiting and will have the opportunity to mould our approach to fully align with our culture and create a great candidate experience.

The Job

This is a full cycle role in a growing team and you will own all aspects of finding and hiring our new Globostars for the technology business from forecasting and planning through to positioning offers. This also means you will have the opportunity to create and lead projects and have significant influence as we develop our EVP, employer brand, and expand into international sourcing and graduate hiring programs in the future. It’s all ahead of us!

Responsibilities, Skills & Qualifications

  • Understands the importance of culture and acts as a role model and cultural ambassador for Globoforce
  • At least 5 years recruiting experience including in-house and a true business partnering approach
  • Deep understanding of technical recruiting and strong communication skills
  • Ability to build strong relationships and influence hiring managers at all levels including influencing approach
  • Creative and strategic approach to sourcing and experience using a range of sourcing techniques
  • Continuous improvement mindset and a passion for creating the best candidate experience
  • Interest in analysing recruiting data and the ability to draw insights for the business
