The Job

Receptionist required to manage a busy front of house, greeting visitors, answering the main phoneline, handling incoming deliveries and all other general reception duties.  Assisting office team on any ad hoc issues and projects in a professional and courteous manner.

Responsibilities, Skills & Qualifications

Main duties & responsibilities:

  • Receptionist duties, such as, answering the main phone line, greeting visitors, managing deliveries, sorting mail, arranging couriers, taxis and other related tasks.
  • Manage general administrative office duties (printing, binding, scanning, photocopying)
  • Manage access control system for visitors and staff
  • Ad hoc administration and providing support to management & employees
  • Monitoring stationary & stock levels for all office departments and facilities and placing orders as required.
  • Assist with the orders & preparation for board meetings and client visits
  • Coordinate meeting rooms & manage booking system
  • Update company documents, files and materials
  • Assist with travel arrangements for staff if required (flights, accommodation, visa etc.)
  • Assist the office manager and office team with internal and external events
  • Overall ensure that the office/front desk is maintained and managed to a very high standard


Required skills and experience:

  • 3 years minimum experience in a front of house position
  • 1-2 years’ experience in an administrative capacity
  • Excellent attention to detail and multi-tasking skills
  • Excellent communication skills both verbal and written
  • A positive can do attitude
  • Thorough understanding of PC applications including web browsers and Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint)
  • Interact well with all management, employees and visitors
  • Ambitious and willing to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Extremely professional
  • Hospitality experience could be beneficial

Education and Qualifications
